Gamification Lab (sabe.lat) is an early-stage edtech startup based in Bogotá, Colombia. This page explains, in plain words, what happens with data when you use this website and our learning apps.

This website

This site has no accounts, no forms and no advertising cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and keep them secure. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google also receives that technical request.

MGA Simulator (sabe.lat/mga)

The name you type and the project you formulate are saved only in your own browser. We do not store them on our servers. When you ask for an AI evaluation, the content of your project is sent to our server and to a third-party AI provider to generate the feedback, under that provider's terms. We do not keep a copy.

Interactive classes

If you check in to a live class, the name you type is sent to that class's server so the teacher can take attendance.

Your rights and contact

You can ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, in line with Colombia's data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012). Write to santiago@sabe.lat.
